This place is GROSS. The woman that was bagging up our food was coughing EVERYWHERE and touching our food with her bare hands. She was clearly not feeling well because she was standing in the same spot barking at other employees to get things. She was NOT friendly. We asked her about items missing from our order (like our filet of fish and all the extra sauces we paid for) and she didn't reply or acknowledge us at all...just barked at an employee to grab the items we asked about. Then we had to ask for our drinks that were also missed. The food was typical McDonalds quality but it took forever to get our order (there were 11 people waiting in the lobby with us for their food) and the service was awful. UPDATE: I didn't even get to eat my burger because there were 2 hairs in the cheese 😭

Food and coffee were good. Service... I can't say the same. I know as an employee you see lots of people a day, but as a customer I only saw you once... it may not seem like your doing much by smiling and say have a good day, it's little, but it makes a difference. ...and the opposite effect happens, it sticks with you through the day when someone is unnecessarily rude. I smiled and said have a good day and it was reciprocated with two girls in the window just starting at me. Same with the girl at payment window. My boyfriend commented the coffee was really good and we'll have to go back for there for our coffee... No thanks, I'll take mediocre coffee and smile from elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Forest City, Arkansas. The food was delicious and fresh, just the way you expect it to be. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable dining in. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I look forward to coming.

If I could give zeros stars I would. Every employee we encountered here was rude, they didn’t get the order right and then wanted to look at us like we were the crazy people. The fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag. The burger we waited on looked like the wrapper had been dropped on the ground and the entire thing was covered in ketchup which was disgusting. Close this place down. These people absolutely suck.

The FIRST negative review I’ve ever wrote. I know for a fact this double cheeseburger has to be at least 3 hours old. Based on how crusty it is I’m thinking they made it 8 hours ago. How rude is it to serve someone who just got off work a sandwich this old? Since they served this food to me and I’m here. They wipe the tables with dirty rags. You can see the dirty streaks have dried. Think of your car when it rains and the wipers are old. It leaves a smear. The fountain drinks, napkin holders, straw/lid area are covered in splash from previous messes that also weren’t cleaned properly. To be honest, I doubt it’s cleaned more than weekly, it can’t be that dirty if it’s cleaned daily.
