McDonald's Menu Prices at 1870 N Crossover Rd ★3.5 (842)

This location on Crossover needs props. Orders are on point, service has consistently been excellent, and they are clearly working hard to deliver the service people want. I hate that I forgot the gentleman’s name holding down the drive through last night around 945p, but he reminded me that I needed to give props where they are due. Thanks so much for your team’s hard work. You deserve recognition!

Absolutely terrible! My dad picked up some sandwiches and I got mine and I asked for lettuce and ketchup to be added and they gave me only two pickles, but that’s not even the worst part. That part is expected. We poured our fries onto a plate to divvy them up and HAIR EVERYWHERE. I mean WRAPPED around the fries. I’ll add videos and pictures to show. I have blonde hair and my brother and father have brown, so it’s definitely not ours. Absolutely DISGUSTING! How does this much hair even get into the fries?? Did yall pull out hour own hair and shove it in the bag????!!

Well this used to be a great place food would be great w some mess ups of coarse we are human. But the quality has went down at this location. Burgers so dry u have to eat them in the rain they serve what they wouldnt eat themselves at this location. Hard cold fries . It's always evening shifts its like the bread is falling apart and they still sent it out the window. I think management on the evening shift has to be clueless because how do you not notice this. . You will wait forever for cold fries and a bun tore with a old burger patty and its been the last 3 times we kept trying because it was convenient and my son loves the frappe . I just will have to take the longer drive for better food I just cant spend another dime on old bread and burgers that were probably from 10 am at 8 pm

Best McDonald's in town, not even close. Really the only one that functions properly every time I go there. The staff does a great job at getting the orders right and even have a great attitude every time I've been here. Great job!

PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING. DO NOT GIVE TO YOUR CHILDREN. They serve RAW meat, so make sure to check your food. If your meat isn’t raw it’s a flat patty. They always give cold and old fries even if you’ve been waiting in the line for a while. They don’t care about speed here or customer service. UPDATE: I had the order remade three days later, they had me wait so I assume they put a new patty down? Doesn’t matter! It was still raw. Look to 3rd picture. Health department alerted.
