Employees very inattentive and don't pay attention to what they are actually doing or packing, gave us sandwiches no no top buns, a coffee that was filled not even and inch and smoothie that they couldn't fill to the top. They forgot our fries at first and when we went in to ask for them they took 10 minutes to get the small fry out and only gave us one

Do not dine here. They intentionally messed with my food burning the sandwiches and putting excessive amounts of carmel in the coffee to the point my girlfriend refused to drink it. I was polite and quick only asking for onions on my sandwich thats all. When i got to the window the kid refused to even say a word even after i said thank you. I was not disrespectful or anything so i genuinely do not understand why i was treated this way. I can only imagine that if you did complain to them that they would intentionally spit in your food. Its unbelievable that they even operate the store like this without fear of repercussions. So with that said i highly advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs as you may be harmed or even sickened intentionally by people who do not want you there anyways. Very sad to see people treat others this way even if they havent done anything. I was not excessive or disrespectful just treated that way because they dont want you there.

Even though they do mess my order more often than not I want to give kudos to Courtney & Cheyenne, I always experience great customer service from both, the restaurant world need more people like them, they are a great example on how customers should be treated, they always have a great smile and definitely work well under pressure. Courtney and Cheyenne are amazing employees, I am tired of feeling guilty for buying fast food but it's people like Courtney and Cheyenne that makes me feel welcomed /// update, just got a "Delux" chicken sandwich, most disgusting thing ever.

Been here several times and thought it would get better the longer it was open but no ended up trying to get food from their tonight and ended up with a rock hard Big Mac that I couldn’t even eat and had to throw away which wasted money. I will change to use a different location or none at all due to the repeated food and service being low quality and gross. Not to mention the soda machine didn’t work and neither did the sweet tea. Lemonade was sour. Clear waste of $34.00

Asked for sweet tea and got muddy water fortunately the Mc Donald’s on Waddell and cotton helped us and replaced the drinks
