McDonald's Menu Prices at 1241 W Main Street ★3.3 (3497)

It's unfortunate to downrate the entire store because of just one workers at the drive-up window, but there were 4 things, then 1 or 2 things wrong with my order! It was Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:01 pm, Order #63. >>> I ordered a small coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar. It didn't have any sugar. >>> I ordered a large decaf with 12 cream and 12 sugar. When it arrived, after a fresh pot was made because they were out, it was black. >>> I asked for a vanilla cone upside-down in a cup, with a spoon. It arrived with no spoon. >>> There was no straw for my soda. >>> When I went back through the line, the worker at the window was defensive and impatient. He asked abruptly what was wrong. (He'd been told I'd be at the drive-up window again, to straighten the order out.) There was no apology nor friendliness in his words. >>> Both times, he was chatting with someone else through his mouthpiece. It seemed like it was someone else in the store, but it wasn't business. >>>When I was given a replacement for my small coffee, it was cold. I didn't ask for a warm-up because there was a long line behind me and people were honking. >>> The amount of sugar in each coffee was minimal; I don't think it was the full amount that I requested. >>> I was not given any napkins. Also, initially, when I ordered a senior coffee, the response was that they didn't have any. That has been true a time or two before, but it's pretty rare. It's unusual to have a bad experience with a McDonald's, but this was distinctly below standards; and it delayed me in my travels. Then when I went back to get a warm coffee, I was told, "Please wait. We're not taking orders, while we're catching up on numerous orders." There was no one in line ahead of me, no one showed up behind me, and there were very few cars in the parking lot.

Food was great but, WOW, the bathroom was really rough. Broken men’s urinal with a half wrap of a black plastic trash bag. No lighting near urinals. Toilet stalls so filthy had to use my foot to flush. And no working soap dispenser (one on right was out and on left was broken off the wall and malfunctioning). As I left the restroom I felt like I needed a shower. The ordering experience was way too complicated (too many steps)—Modernize with a voice-data-entry system). The result was two long lines at a counter on the side. I’d give 1 star but the food gets a heavier weighting.

It's McDonald's and we're all familiar with McDonald's. It's consistently good. However this place was so busy we had to wait in line for 10 minutes to place our order and then wait 25 minutes for our food. So the concept of fast food doesn't exist here.

Worst McDonalds I've ever visited. The terrible service and attitude by the employees and the above average prices for subpar food are the only consistent things here after multiple visits. Twice the person at the drive thru cuts me off with the total before I finish telling her my order. Inside, the dirty tables, floors and scummy baths don't help either. AVOID.

Ordered steak egg on bagel, got pancake steak and egg. Also got charged for a cup of water 💧! Need a good manager ASAP
