McDonald's Menu Prices at 8220 W Indian School Rd ★3.2 (2662)

This McDonald's needs serious work. The burger was soaked in grease, the box was falling apart from how greasy it was. The bun was also soggy with grease. They pieced together broke patties. We couldn't even eat it, it was so nssty. The fries were completely stale. Drinks were watered down. I need someone to contact me to get my money back because none of this food was edible and it shouldn't be served to people like this. I understand its fast food but this is unacceptable.

This McDonald's is trying to scam people out of their Monopoly pieces we made our order which included a large Dr.Pepper which all large drinks are supposed to come with a gamepiece. When we got our order the drink was just a regular large drink cup with no gamepiece when my wife asked about it the girl told her it was only with nuggets at lunch so I pulled up the game information on my phone and it's every large drink not restricted to a time or specific order. So my wife goes back in to either get a gamepiece or return the drink for a refund, then the manager said oh they were just out of the drink cups with the gamepieces on it. Mind you they don't have a sign saying that anywhere, because if they had we just wouldn't have gotten it. So beware coming here it definitely seems like they could be scamming people to give game pieces to friends or they are to stupid to put up a sign saying they are out of something. Side note the first pick is the establishment the second is how I feel about them.

Horrible experience. As a 17-year-old who works in fast food myself, this was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. I ordered through the drive-thru and parked immediately as instructed. There was no greeting, no communication, nothing. After waiting and realizing my food was never brought out, I was forced to go inside because my order was apparently “lost.” What I saw inside made it even worse. Employees were standing around doing side tasks, one girl was casually cleaning the back of the ordering screen, and others were drinking soda right in front of customers instead of helping the people waiting. Meanwhile, I stood there for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and then even longer for them to figure out where my order went. I understand places get busy. I understand wait times. But this wasn’t about being busy this was about a complete lack of urgency, organization, and basic customer service. As someone who works in this industry, I know this is not how things are supposed to be run. This experience was beyond frustrating and extremely disappointing.

3 cheeseburgers with no onions. Onions throughout each one. Just disappointed. Exact same thing happen last time. Thought I'd give them another chance. My mistake. Won't happen again. Thanks for nothing.

They do their best and tbh if you're going to McDonald's I'm sure you don't expect five star but I'm getting kinda sick of them not listening when I say extra ice in my drinks and how the edges of all my burgers are dry. Meat and bun included. I need to go back to just ordering my coffee bc I'm never impressed anymore 😭 at least their all nice to me when I go.
