If you enjoy being met with attitude for simply asking a question about a new menu item, this might be your spot. If you’re like me and just curious about something you see on the menu, you may want to try a different McDonald’s. I stopped by at 5:35 AM and was greeted with a pretty rough attitude from the drive-through employee. Maybe she was having a bad day, and we all have them. But when you’re in customer service, you have to leave personal problems at the door. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Just sharing my experience.

I order hamburgers and fries without salt and most McDonald's mess this up. Not only was my order right and it was quick, the Hispanic gentleman with the tie tonight just before close here on a Friday had a kind smile and a helpful way about him that I just had to mention! Thank you guys for the great customer service and in making sure my custom order was correct!

Just received nasty attitude from a girl after trying to get two cups of just ice after we were charged for two cups of ice like they’re sodas and tried giving us ice water. Instead of just resolving the issue she found it necessary to give attitude and then give us the ice with no lids. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s girl that was not necessary.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I picked up food for my wife and daughter on November 19, 2022, at approximately 9 pm and when my daughter opened her big Mac to put ketchup on it, there was already chewed chewing gum in the lettuce (see picture). When we returned to get her more food the manager was rude, and refunded only the burger only after being asked how she intended to make it right, while the kitchen staff was heard laughing about it. This is clearly unsanitary and the location acted as if we were to blame. I can understand things happen, but the rude response and complete lack of professionalism was astonishing.

Get the order right! Seriously 3 times in a row, placing an online order and it is never correct. What is the store number? Cannot submit feedback thanks to their stupid requirement for the store number and the digital receipt doesn't show it.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date.
