The customer service was great but the breakfast sandwich was gross their food quality is getting worse definitely don't eat here or bring your kids here for lunch. Also it is almost 7 dollars for one sausage and egg McMuffin but if you get two it's only 5 definitely a scam if ask me a discount is usually on the second one but your telling me they discount the first one to a cheaper price and then give you the second for free definitely avoid this restaurant chain and the government should test their food because there is something that isn't adding up

Outdated. Dingy. Took 10 minutes for an employee to help me at the register because they were busy talking about their weekend plans. The fry’s were inedible. Playplace looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There is a much nicer McDonald’s right down the road at the 101.

I think this is the best McDonald's in the area. I always order my food to be delivered to my car it's fast prompt food is fresh. On one occasion I had an issue when the app cancelled my breakfast order in my way and the manager promptly gave me my order for free . I was trying to go to the one closer to me at 8022 West Happy valley road but that place is disaster so I returned here I'm happy I have.

The last couple times I’ve come here they can’t seem to not get something wrong I work fast food so I try to understand mistakes happen but at a certain point it’s obvious when staff just aren’t trying. Today my family member ask me to get them fries and a hot fudge Sunday from this location and they gave me my ice cream but then they had me wait 10 minutes for fries so when one of the girl managers brought them to me I politely asked her to remake it because it was melted she gave me attitude and said “I guess” and went back inside so I just settled with it and left. This place needs more adult supervision not just teens this is coming from a 22 year old

I have had multiple issues at this location while going through drive-thru and while dining in. Customer service is terrible. Always missing items and then they argue with you about what you paid for. Short haired, female manager is always rude and condescending.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.
