McDonald's Menu Prices at 2430 E Baseline Rd ★3.1 (2305)

I was just trying to order coffee. Maria, the manager Took two orders on the right side of the lane. I waited in the drive-through for a while, and I assumed the speaker wasn’t working. Because the other side of the cars were getting the orders taken and we’re going, so I pulled up to the window And let her know the speaker is not working. She refused to take my order for my coffee and told me I have to go back all around. And there was a big line not to mention I just already just waited in the big line.

Maria the manager is absolutely the worst leadership manager on the night shift. her and 90% of her staff was careless. she and one of her male staff members are very comfortable with talk loud and disrespectful to customers who are asking how long the wait is for a drive thru pick. i waited 15 mins outside before going inside and getting talked to disrespectful. mind you there was no lines in drive thru or in the store and 2 customers waiting for a friend that was working. me and other man waiting for door dash got yelled at for no reason. i asked her multiple times to just please talk to me respectfully and she couldnt.

I have never had a problem with this restaurant until early this morning when I got off of work at 1 AM to go get food. I spent $25 in food and when I got to the window to pay for my order and get my food I asked The guy at the window for extra ketchup in the bag and was instantly denied. The attendant told me that they had this new policy in place to wear if I wanted condiments or additional condiments I would have to pay for them. This has never ever been a thing or ever been a thing at any other McDonald's. when I question the window man about this ridiculous policy, he could not give me a straight answer. Other than if I give you extra ketchup I have to charge you the regular price of a premium condiment. which is hard to understand after I just paid $25 worth of food if anything, the ketchup should be free no matter how much of it I want. then to top it off, the guy didn't give me ketchup to begin with when I asked for it. It almost feels personal.

This McDonald’s location is hands down one of the worst I’ve consistently dealt with, and that’s saying a lot. I understand it’s fast food and I’m not expecting “five star service”, but that does not excuse the consistently shitty customer service every single time I come here. Whether I’m eating inside with my kids or going through the drive thru, the experience is almost always frustrating. Every visit feels like they’re severely short staffed or, worse, like none of the cashiers actually want to help anyone. Getting something as simple as a drink refill takes an absurd amount of time NO EXAGGERATION , around 10 minutes nearly every time. Removing the self serve drink machines from the lobby was the worst decision they could’ve made for this location. Now customers are forced to wait around just to get a refill, and half the time employees look annoyed that you even asked and sadly it’s not just me, I’ve waited along other customers who have also complained to each other as well all wait for whatever the issue is. To make matters worse, when food is brought out to the table, something is almost always missing. A sauce, fries, or even an entire item will be left out, forcing me to get back up and wait again just to correct their mistake. Asking for something simple like a dipping sauce turns into another long wait. I know a lot of the staff appears to be high schoolers or young adults, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor service and lack of attention. I’m not rude, and I’m not someone who complains often, but after multiple visits over the past three months, I’m honestly fed up. I keep coming back because it’s the closest McDonald’s and my kids enjoy the play area, but at this point, big changes need to happen. This location desperately needs better management, staffing, and accountability.

Every time I’ve come to this McDonald’s it has high volume and no workers!! second problem is that they literally will tell people in the front counter with their children and families TO GIVE US ONE SECOND (10min later literally) Accommodate them -A female asked for a refund for a coffee. She decided to reprimand her employee by yelling over coffee that the lady literally waited 10 minutes for. Professionalism will be third. I’m going back to me. I seen two people who peed out of chaos after me. Go ahead and get their meals. I’m still waiting too order 727 at 8:25 is more like 15 minutes now
