McDonald's Menu Prices at 1255 E Chandler ★3.4 (650)

One of the best McDonald's I have been to. Maria was very kind and nice. Brought the food to our table promptly. My 5 yr old loved the attention and kindness. Kudos to her. Food is also better than the other McDonald's. Fries were great. Keep up the great job.

This is genuinely the best McDonalds ive been to in the country and I'm not exaggerating. Service is always great, food is always fresh and orders are always correct. I've been to McDonald's in almost every state, and i am so lucky that this location is my local one. I normally would not leave a review for a fast food place but this location and staff deserve all the positive recognition!

Terrible experience here. Ordered on the app using a deal showed up at window and employee said it wasn't showing up. Showed him the order on my phone, my receipt, and the address of the location were all correct and he said we couldn't make the food. I asked for the manager the manager told me to cancel the order and then re order (even though I had a receipt with proof of the order already) and she promised I would not be charged. When I followed her instructions not only was I being charged again BUT they would not allow me to use the deal and they were going to charge me double the price for my original order! Ultimately I just had to leave because I was so frustrated with how idiotic this situation was. It was extremely unhelpful service and they're trying to scam me by not only double charging me but also doubling the price of my order. How hard is it to look at a receipt with proof I've paid, apologize that our computer isn't working properly and just make the order? Proving the stereotype about McDonald's employees having one brain cell right here. Never going to this location again there are a million other McDonald's in the world that are run better with helpful employees who are great at their jobs. My god

If I could give a ZERO for how the onsite manager treats customers, I would! They made a mistake with my order and blamed me for them double charging me! Because my card is linked to the app it charges then I use the code, so I tried to work with them to ratify the issue but the attitude from the manger rolling her eyes at me saying there is nothing they could do it's my fault for using the app reward and linking my card to the app, I will never again give this location my business! As the location manager Arianna needs to be trained in customer service and not to be rude, but there is a language barrier/understanding issue.

My little one had off school and I had to work. Toon herem there to blow off some energy in the playground while I got some work done. Ended up getting an iced coffee and lunch. Very nice, clean and friendly service.
