McDonald's Menu Prices at 9071 W Olive Ave ★3.1 (3112)

This McDonalds is consistently the absolutely worst when it comes to wait lines on anything but the drive through (even the drive thru is long). I mainly come here for breakfast. Don’t ever do curbside. You’ll be lucky to get your food. Ever. I have to walk in every single time. There is always a line waiting for their food inside the restaurant. So if you drive to do counter service, you’ll also wait. You can hear people constantly saying they have been waiting forever. It seems like drive thru is the only priority. I have no idea if this place is just always short staffed or what but they need to get their act together and I’m guessing it’s mainly management issue. The poor employees just look like they are in a whirlwind.

I just want to give a shoutout to Adriene at McDonald’s! She was in the lobby cleaning and helping customers, and her attitude really stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything stayed clean and welcoming. It’s not every day you see someone take so much pride in their work. She made the environment feel comfortable and positive. Great customer service and such a kind spirit , McDonald’s is lucky to have her!

Whoever was taking my order at 2:40 am on Thursday February 26th should consider a new position. He was rude, was trying to rush me, and rolled his eyes at me. He also didn’t have a smile or even a hello and didn’t give me a receipt, just shooed me away. Not hard to take someone’s order with a smile. However, the lady serving our food was very nice, give her a raise. Maybe consider having her take the orders or just doing everything to be honest. Because she was a lot better than the guy in the window. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because of her. Take a $1 or $2 per hour from what that guy is getting paid and give it to her. Then maybe he’ll start McLovin his job more.

We went thru the drive thru and we ordered a happy meal there’s two tiny holes on the chocolate milk the straw has not been opened.

Waited for half an hour in curbside pickup before someone came out with the wrong order. Waited 20 minutes more and left with my money. Eat somewhere else, don't waste your time. PS. Went in for a refund and saw my order just sitting there. A manger told me that the crew member that went out told her I wasn't there. Hire better people.
