McDonald's Menu Prices at 9225 E Cadence Pkwy ★2 (384)

I am literally insane for expecting the experience to be different every time we try to go to this McDonald’s. Did an order through the app, go to pick it up and they tell us it doesn’t exist drive to window. Still can’t find it for another 20 mins. Finally realize they put it in the pick up in store. Missing straws and all sauces we asked for. I don’t get it. Seems so simple. Wasn’t even busy.

It's actually insane how long it takes to get a simple order brought to you curbside, every single time I've been to this McDonald's, I've either waited 25 minutes for 2 hot and spicy's, had them forget my order or just get handed the complete wrong thing. I don't think I've ever had an order brought to me with all of the items I had ordered. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a better McDonald's than this one because the service is just so bad.

I’ve never written a review for a McDonald’s in my life but this one needs it. Service was fine, employees are always fine! Never had an issue with them. My issue is that it was almost $20 for one meal, it was actually more expensive to “make it a meal” than it was to order the items à la carte and they’re skimping on the syrups for the sodas. I should’ve gone to chipotle and spent half as much on a meal that I for sure know isn’t made from people.

Sincerely the worst McDonalds ever. Whether you order a couple cheeseburgers or a quarter pounder you’ll nearly always be asked to pull to the front and wait. On at least 4 occasions they’ve just forgotten about me and I’ve had to go in and ask for my food after 15 min of waiting. Absolutely no one in the back wants to talk to you. If you have a problem good luck getting their attention. They ignore you. And if you finally catch one bringing an order up and try to talk, they will often run away like they didn’t hear you or dismiss your request as they walk away. Once they gave my food to someone else, then let that person go through it and upon realizing it wasn’t theirs - they brought it to me and gave it to me. While reaching for the bag I asked, “did that person just go through my food?” - a rude young lady with a lot of attitude, pulled the food back from my reach tilted her head and asked if I wanted the food or not. I’ve never been closer to physically disciplining a fast food worker before more or since. The inside is awful. The vibe is like “go away”. Sterile and dead, like the people working there. Oh, oh they don’t have a soda machine! Like, no selection of free refills. They charge you for a refill on soda - IF if you ca the attention of someone in the back to refill it. Everything about this place is awful except for like two happy people that sometimes work the drive through - but they take your money and sen you to the next window of broken dreams. If I knew the owners of this franchise I would send this info to them. They need to understand how awful their restaurant is.

Dining area was dirty. We went at 8:30am and there were receipts coming out of the kiosk printer that reached to the floor from the previous day. The floors were noticeably filthy and tables had not been wiped down. The food arrived in a timely manner and tasted good but the employee who bright it out was rude and didn’t say anything. The grossest part was the numbers they use to identify your table. Looked like they had never been cleaned.
