McDonald's Menu Prices at 821 N Val Vista Dr ★3.2 (1549)

I don’t know why I continue to put my self in a position to waste money with this company. They, and this location, used to be great. Affordable, quality for the price, and fast service. Not anymore…and for many reasons. First of all, I can get a full meal at In and Out burger for less than Mc.Donalds. Even worse, there is a specialty farm to table local burger shop who’s burger was less than Mc.Donalds and it’s incredible that burger. Almost 14 dollars for a triple, and large fry. The burger must have been sitting around wrapped for some time, even though I asked to have it without onions which would mean they would need to make one to order. Fries were lukewarm and too salty. I was literally embarrassed for my self that I got this burger from them. The company, and especially these employees, just don’t care what they serve you, and when their prices have reached the market of the more gourmet options out there, that’s just bad business. I’m convinced that I will never spend another dime at any McDonalds again until they make big changes to their pricing, and quality. Just look at what I got 🤦🏻‍♂️

My biggest question is: How on Earth am I the 5th person in line at 10:30 AM (when lunch starts at McD during the week) and by the time I receive my food at 10:42 AM, MY FRIES ARE ALREADY COLD?! The employees were not friendly at all, very short with you and you have zero time to ask for ketchup before the window is shut after they hand you your food. I definitely understand the long wait in line. Customers aren’t getting out and going inside, they’re waiting for someone to open the window again and that takes too long. Employees will look you in your eyes and still not come back to the window.

They served me the softest, least crispy nuggets I’ve ever tasted. I was starving and they were still a disappointment. For $8 the 10 piece felt like legit theft. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! And maybe it’s time to avoid all McDonalds together…

The worst experience we have ever had at a McDonald's. Avoid this one. We spent $60 on the season Grinch meals. We asked for sauce for the nuggets and double checked when they handed it to us that it was inside the box and they assured us it was. We got home and the food was cold and soggy. The special pickle seasoning wasn't included in any of our meals. And there was no sauce for the nuggets.

Not the same McDonald's I grew up with. Nobody working the front counter. Just dirty looks from the kitchen as if we are bothering them while they chew food and prepare at the same time. Large mouth fulls. Like a whole patty at once. Flies everywhere. Kids toys broken. Catchup dispenses water. Mushy microwaved food that has no flavor after being nuked. Very very high prices for much less Quality and no customer service rep to get any good or bad service. Just two people hiding in the back and a whole lot of flies. Winder what is going on the back causing so many flies. Just sad and gross.
