McDonald's Menu Prices at 4930 S Alma School Rd ★3.5 (577)

If I could put 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews, but holy smokes this needs to be said. Shut down the 2 McDonald’s on Alma school road. Each visit we have had, we have been treated horribly by staff, received atrocious quality of food (we know this is McDonald’s, but come on) and this last visit put the icing on the cake. After ordering a bagel breakfast sandwich, a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, and two large caramel macchiatos, our total was 25 bucks. No hash browns, literally 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Nuts. We went through the drive through where we were met with a horrible employee with a worse attitude who handed us our food with two small black hot coffees. We politely informed her they were large macchiatos, and she rolled her eyes and went to make them. She came back with two mediums, I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside to get this fixed. The manager inside insisted they were larges, (feel free to check the photos and correct me if I’m wrong) Zero regard for customers, atrocious customer service, and overcharging for the wrong items. The locations in Chandler are not worth your time. Go literally anywhere else. Wendy’s, Burger King, a dumpster, anything is better than almost thirty bucks for trash. My McGriddle was horrible, they put some weird ranch on my girlfriends bagel, not cream cheese like you would expect. Avoid these places like it’s the plague. Update: my girlfriend and I are both throwing up violently 15 minutes after eating. Love that.

I’m a regular at this location and used to be greeted with a smile and remembered by the staff. They always went out of their way to print receipts for my mobile orders because I keep them for documentation. Since the recent staff changes, the service has significantly plummeted. Employees now seem low-energy and do the bare minimum and wait times are excessive. Today, I asked for a printed receipt after switching a curbside order to drive-thru, and the manager refused, saying it was only available in the app. The dismissive handling of my request was frustrating, especially since the old employees printed me receipts every time. I hope the store works on improving consistency and customer care.

I ordered double cheeseburger no mustard they gave me a double cheeseburger full of mustard and then punched the crap out of it. So I took it back to get a new one now I just have a regular double cheeseburger that's was just punched the crap out of. Thank you McDonald's for charging us almost $8 for this crap. I only hope the for the worst for you.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years, mostly because of the quality of the food and the cost. I went in the drive-thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers. When I unwrapped them there was ketchup all over the bun, on the paper wrap, it was so sloppy that it was hard to eat, I had ketchup all over my fingers, thankfully they gave me several napkins. I wonder how much these employees' get paid to make a sloppy messy cheeseburger..... I am so done with McDonalds.

Staff got physically aggressive with me when I said the order was incorrect. Marissa puffed up her chest and made it super clear with her body language. My incorrect order was refused to be fixed. Just, WOW... When I asked to speak to the manager I was told "I am the manager."
