Absolute disgusting. Should have known when I pulled up to the drive through and the speaker was being rude to the car in front of me talking shit to them. When it was my turn to order they were just as rude. The car in front of me questioned their food and I should have too. The fries looked like they had been reheated from the day prior and the Big Mac was at least from the day prior and stale. The coke even tasted off like they haven’t cleaned the machines in weeks. Bad food topped with the worst service. Rude obnoxious kids working there on Sunday February 1. Teach your employees some work ethic and manners. I’ve had bad experiences at other McDonald’s but this place is the worst. Owner of the franchise should be ashamed.

This McDonald’s is conveniently located next to a gas station and right by Burns Park, which makes it an easy and reliable stop when I’m out with my kids. Because of the location, it’s one I visit pretty often. What really sets this location apart is the service. The staff is consistently professional, efficient, and friendly—noticeably better than the McDonald’s closer to my house on Camp Robinson. Orders are usually accurate, the drive-thru moves smoothly, and the overall experience feels more organized than what you expect from fast food. While the food is standard McDonald’s fare, the convenience and superior service make this location stand out. It’s a dependable stop for families and busy parents, and definitely earns four stars for doing the basics well and doing them consistently.

The Drive through line has been busy and long the last few times I went. Got told to pull up and park for my frappee after reciving my food. All the food was correct all the times I went(even got honey when everyother mcdonalds gives me honey mustard.). Other then the wait it wasn't too bad.

How are y'all gonna forget half of my meal. I ordered 2 hash browns, 2 hotcakes, and 2 Sausage and Biscuits. Only 1 hotcake and 2 Sausage and Biscuits were there. Not only did you forget my order, the hotcakes were HARD and BARELY warm. It seemed like y'all were tryna rush us to leave, AT LEAST have my FULL order in there. Do better

I love McDonald's! The prices are very reasonable, and I especially love their sausage McGriddles and chicken strips. I have no complaints regarding the service—everything was great.
