If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order on the app for countertop pick up, when I get there the doors were completely locked. It’s only 9:01 p.m. nowhere near time for them to be locked. The drive through was not moving at all I sat in it for 30 minutes before I just left. So long story short waste of $12 and time. They’ve had plenty of chances from me but this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. DO BETTER!!!!

This was the best McDonald’s location that I’ve been to in a long time. Employees were friendly and and food was hot and the order was correct. The dining area and restroom was clean. Had to wait a little bit for the food, but everything was hot. Wish other McDonalds were like this!

Waited for a half hour outside for my food I never got. After 15 minutes I went to go in and all doors were locked. Had to walk to the window to tell them I was still waiting. They came and got my receipt left me outside. After 10 minutes still no food. Then I got there attention and went in for a refund. Kids just sitting in the dining room with all the doors locked. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on

Remodel doesn't do much good if your employees aren't capable of doing their job. Girl on the intercom sounded annoyed. My burger was cold, cheese not melted, and meat looked old. My ice cream cone was half done. The girl who did it said she didn't think she did it right- girl at second window just shoved it out at me. I got ONE napkin. My ice cream had wrappers in it! I threw it out because no telling what else is in it. Took 7 mins for anyone to even answer the com at drive thru.

Instead of cooking something, they'd rather cut corners, which messes up the order. They don't know how to serve a customer hot french fries. They're always trying to push cold fries off on everybody. Send something back and they still don't get it right. They had rather argue with you than get it right. Whatever they get paid an hour, they're not earning it. The ladies at the window that is.
