McDonald's Menu Prices at 4511 Orange Beach Blvd ★2.8 (1591)

I ordered breakfast for my family and I through mobile pickup. I got there, gave the lady my number and pulled to the second window. There was a black woman with long bright orange hair that gave me my two orange juices. She told me to pull to the front door very rudely and she would bring out my food. I just ignored it at first and said “ok thank you” I pulled around and the same lady comes walking out and I CLEARLY hear her say “all this food for one person?” I am 5 months pregnant and got food for my semi big FAMILY And she gives me my food with the rudest look on her face. She was a very unpleasant person. I normally don’t write posts like this but this was very disappointing. I really hope she was having a bad day. It’s people like this who make me not want to go back to this establishment again. I did not ask her name because honestly I didn’t frankly care too. I just hope other people have a better experience and I hope this makes it to her and makes her realize it isn’t okay to talk about people like this walking up to their car.

If there was an option to put -5 star i would. Every time i attempt to go here they never fail to blow my high. From doors locked at 8pm to rude employee in drive thru. the only convenient location. I’m tired of this monstrosity. New management ASAP

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. When we pulled into the drive-thru, the cashier immediately yelled, “Wait a minute!”—no greeting, just attitude. When she came back on, she snapped, “What you want?” Not only was she rude, but they were completely out of drinks except for milk, chocolate milk, or apple juice. When we got to the window to pay, the attitude continued. I politely asked for a receipt, and she huffed, walked away, and left the window wide open. We could hear her yelling and cursing inside the restaurant—completely inappropriate, especially with kids in the car who heard everything. After we finally received our food, I asked again for a receipt, and she just shut the window in my face. No apology, no professionalism. This was by far the most unacceptable customer service I’ve ever encountered. We will NOT be back.

This is the rudest McDonald's I've ever been to. We were greeted at the drive-thru window with "What you want?" I ordered and the response was "2nd window". When we got to the window she handed out the drinks and took my credit card. She handed the card back and literally threw the food bag in my car window then slammed the window shut. She never even looked at us. Wow! Do better! Way better!

Terrible customer service. I had made an online order to pick up the other day for my kids, and on my way there I got pulled over for a tail light that was out, no big deal, but I guess I missed my window of picking it up in the parking lot so I went inside and told them about my order and the lady at the front counter barked at me and said she’s been waiting a while for me to check in for my order, so I apologized and let her know I got pulled over, but I am here now, and then she tossed my food bag on the counter and walked away. I said have a great day and she still didn’t respond. The people here always have the worst attitude. I am a local and I have hardly ever had good customer service here being that I also work in a customer service industry, this is unacceptable and if I acted like this even once, I would’ve been fired. No compassion, no patience.
