McDonald's Menu Prices at 1590 Eastern Blvd ★3.4 (2273)

Very disappointed.I went through the drive-thru and ordered a kids meal and a McDouble meal with no cheese. When I got my order, the McDouble only had a bun and meat, and barbecue sauce was given instead of ketchup. This wasn’t what I ordered, and it was disappointing to see the order made incorrectly. I’d appreciate it if someone could contact me to help resolve this or let me know who I should reach out to about the issue. Thank you.

Wow..just wow. Immediately needs new staff!!! Why lobby not open at 830 pm to RETURN an incorrect meal WITH stale fries !!!!!!!! Then I had to go back through drive through to return, which was a long line AGAIN. NOW JALIYAH was kind however MYA wanna pop off at the mouth telling me to shut up. 🤣 you work at McDonald's, I don't. ✨️✨️ MAKES Sense Y LOBBY CLOSED. IT WOULD BE SEVERAL CATASTROPHIC ENGAGEMENTS.

I stopped by and ordered in store on 2/13. The staff was a loud and somewhat obnoxious but it seemed like they were having fun and it reminded me of me and the crew I worked with at McDonald’s when I was 16 in the 90s. The lobby was a bit dirty and only 2 other people were there ordering but the drive thru was jam packed with about 15 cars. I got my food in less than 10 minutes and in that time they had at least half the cars served. Other than the messy lobby I really don’t have any complaints!

This mcdonalds is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. Unprofessional and rude were the drive thru staff and the staff inside. Only one lady was nice to me and was actually trying to help me. I ordered my food, and get to the window to pay, there was absolutely no customer service at all. I didn't get a receipt, I asked and the girl told me no. I get to the second window they hand me the drinks, I ordered a large coffee she gave me a small when I corrected her and said no i paid for a large coffee, she said I'd have to go back around and order another one. I parked and went in to talk to management. I get inside and was met with hostility and racial slurs. I wasn't even mad,I just asked for my large coffee, the girl that starts cussing me said I had to pay 1.74 for the bigger size. At this point I didn't want to argue anymore, and just paid and left. However, I work for mcdonalds in florida for the same company that owns this franchise and none of what I experienced would have flew well down there. I have tried to call and report it but no one has returned my call so here's your review. Do better, I tried to chalk it up to maybe the ladies were having a bad day but there's no reason to act that hateful when literally your whole job is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wont be back,I will avoid this location and will tell my friends and family to avoid it as well while we visit.

I ordered two McRib combos online to go. They put my McRib on a hamburger bun and they didn’t say anything about being out the correct bun.
