McDonald's Menu Prices at 1511 S Alabama Ave ★3.1 (922)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been sitting AT THE FRONT DOOR for my food for 20 minutes bc they couldn’t give it to me at the window so I was told to come to the front door and it would be brought out to my car. The staff was rude. Literally snatched my card out of my hand and told me to pull up then to go to the front door and still haven’t received my food. Terrible service. Terrible staff. Do not come here.

Food was warm at best. Cashier was not friendly, no eye contact. Fountain drinks were flat. Had to ask for service at front register.

This morning at 9am is to get breakfast i pull to the drive thru and I waited 2 minutes to say hello. No one answered so I said hello again. I was on the phone so I waited 2 more minutes and said hello again no one answered. So I ended my call and said hello again. No answer by this time I had been waiting 6 to 7 minutes. So I pulled around to the first windows. No one was there i with maybe 1.5 then I pulled to second window. I seen 3 African American women. They all looked at me. I waited for 3 minutes the girl finally opened the windows and asked me did I have an order. I said I had been waiting to order for a while No one answered. So the girl with the head set went to the back and the young girl said we'll you can drive back around and place your order cause we don't have a drawer at this windows. Well ik she could have took my order at the front register but her attitude said otherwise. I see why I never stopped there and will never stop there again. Ugh I went to where I always go SONICS got my for in lest then 3 minutes fresh hot with wonder greeting. This store needs to do better. But I should have checked the reviews before I went I see why they a 3 star store should be a one star.

This was a town we used to live in many years ago. We were in town for a funeral and needed a quick bite to tide us over. We chose McDonald's because it was close and familiar. We went inside and ordered from a real person. We like the personal touch. The food was delicious. I had a chicken sandwich. I enjoyed it. My wife had a fillet of fish sandwich. It was good also. The prices were reasonable. We'll be back.

The food was really good, best I've had at Mcdonalds in a long time.the wait was a little longer than most McDonald's I've been to but not to bad for the amount of people ordering inside and the drive through . Restaurant looked pretty clean. The staff was friendly and was working as fast as they could to get orders out. I did see a few people get upset that at the counter they couldn't use a card it was cash only due to the card readers being out and they didn't want to use the kiosk that were available, they may have those fixed by now.
