McDonald's Menu Prices at 2268 Zierdt Road ★2.4 (282)

Stopped in here for a quick breakfast before a flight out of Huntsville airport. Main reason for stopping was biscuits and gravy which are not available in my home area. Food was good as expected, the biscuits and gravy were fresh and yummy. The restaurant was clean early in the morning and very quiet. Only complaint was speed of receipt of my food after ordering. Was about 12 minutes, I’m used to my hometown McDonald’s which can serve breakfast in less than a minute.

It took them about 30 minutes to fix a meal for my fiance and my Happy Meal, then another 15 minutes for them to get the drinks we paid for, which they only did after I stood at the counter waiting for them to notice me. It's a shame this used to be the good one. The entire time I was there there were doordashers dealing with how terrible the service is at this location.

My visit overall was excellent. The food was amazing, my order was correct, and the sauce was included as promised. I received my food quickly, and it was hot just the way I like it. However, I did have a concern regarding an employee named Shell. Unfortunately, her attitude was rude, and the way she communicated with both customers and employees did not feel professional. Very disrespectful. Aside from this issue, everything else about my experience was great. The food is always consistent and on point just like her attitude is always there regardless of the time.

Normally I never have problems with this location. I actually love this location. However tonight changed. I placed an online order, waited 15 mins the car park. I go in and explain to the lady who greeted me (very sweet lady) of the situation of our order. She gets right away but I can hear a woman in the back talk about me and making rude comments to the lady who is helping my order. I think they should be careful of what they say about customers in front of them. I work in the service industry and even with rude clients, I never talk about them they way this woman did. I always to taught to show grace and be kind as I don’t know what kind of day someone has had. I have never left a place angry until today. I will drive further to another location. Thank you to the woman who greeted me and helped me. I appreciate your kindness.

When my aunt told me she didn’t like going to this location I didn’t know what to make of it. However I’ve visited a few times and never had a good experience. Either your fries come out cold or the staff has a terrible attitude. Whoever was answering the drive through at 3:41 today was TERRIBLE. I sat there for a few minutes and was ignored. There was no one in the other lane btw. Then after the third “hello” a girl rudely says “you using your app” no greeting no nothing. I took my money elsewhere and will never be back. Don’t want any hate in my food. Smh
