Horrible every time! I have finally decided after my order today was wrong AGAIN, that I would leave a review. I have worked in fast food customer service for 6 years and, I know it’s stressful. But this restaurant is ridiculous! They get my order wrong almost every time. I always order the same thing. But today I’d like to tell you about the customer service. The girls working this morning were on their phones, finally took my order and then lied to my face telling me they made it correct. I get a large iced vanilla coffee with a shot of espresso and two extra vanilla syrup. I told the young lady it didn’t look right, and it wasn’t. I didn’t ask her to make another one. I simply asked if I could buy another shot of espresso. $2 for a shot of espresso? Nah I’ll pass. I’m here leaving this review because every time I come to this McDonald’s my order is wrong rather it be my coffee or my food! And customer service is terrible. It’s never, let me fix that for you, it’s let me charge you double for something you already paid for, that wasn’t put with your order. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. ID GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD.There are 3 restaurants here in henagar where I live. Love McDonald’s, but not this one. I really would rather drive to Rainsville than go in there again. Please, do better. We’re all human and we make mistakes, that’s okay. But be accountable.

I have given this location chance after chance after chance, but this is my last straw. 1st, we wait 5 minutes at the speaker to order. I think, okay no worries, they’re probably busy. Then, after ordering, we wait 25 minutes at the window waiting for our food. We waited for 25 MINUTES for a “is a medium drink okay? we don’t have large”, these disgusting snack wraps that looks like they were made by toddlers, and no dipping sauce that we specifically asked for at the speaker with our order. Never again.

The best "rest stop" between Huntsville and Atlanta. Friendly staff, clean restrooms. Occasionally they run out of large drink cups but they give me two medium cups to make up for it. The Henagar place is a million times better than the Scottsboro location.

I usually don’t do reviews. I ordered a fish sandwich sub ketchup. I told them I was allergic to tartar sauce so please don’t put it on there. No other place has messed up. Got my food almost took a bite and saw the tartar. Went back in and asked for it politely to be remade. Stood there 30 minutes with no acknowledgment finally just left.

I have been here two times last week and they got my order wrong both times. I ordered 2 hamburgers with no onions and fresh fries. Had to wait 10 minutes at curbside. When they finally brought my order out the fries were cold and the hamburgers had onions on them. A few days later went inside that evening and the assistant manager was in there dancing and playing hip hop music. It took five minutes to get someone's attention to take my order. Later found out the assistant managers name was Gwen a redhead. It is very rude when the employees are dancing and not paying attention to customers.
