McDonald's Menu Prices at 29919 Woodrow Lane ★2.9 (1720)

At approximately 10:45 PM on November 14 Friday we pulled in the parking lot to check the dining room, but the door was locked so we went to thedrive-through to pick up a DoorDash order. They advised us to go to the third window so we waited there about 10 minutes. A school bus pulls in and everybody off the school bus walks into the store so I walked in trying to pick up the DoorDash order and the woman working the front counter says she can’t help me. She’s just dealing with the People off the school bus, but I saw a bag tied up like they always do for DoorDash and I asked her if that was my DoorDash and she told me I had to go through the drive-through which I had already been and they told me to go to the third window so I told her ma’am if the bags got John P on it that is my order if you could just look at it, you can hand it to me and then very rudely She says here just take it. The receipt of my bag was printed at 10:34 when we pulled in we were the only customers in line and the lobby was locked so no one was inside either About eight minutes after we were there a carpool in behind us to the second window and they were trying to give them their food when I walked inside and my bag was just sitting there waiting getting cold. I think something really has to be done about your store and the management and staff at this location. I hope you’re able to rectify the situation. That might be

We come to this location often and it’s usually not a great experience but I don’t expect much from this place anyway. Well today we dined in and when we received our food, my sandwich was made with 2 bottom buns and the fries were cold (per usual). Fine, whatever. I don’t complain to them because I don’t want my food spat in. It’s a shame that’s the vibe these employees give. Also, most of the employees have an earbud in their ear and can’t hear when customers are trying to talk to them. Anyway, as we are eating, some of the female employees start yelling at each other. I thought for sure a fight was going to break out. Other patrons in the restaurant got up and left. One of them said to me on their way out, We can’t even eat in peace here.” Do you just hire whoever will show up? Do better.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I've lived in New England, Florida, and here in Southern Alabama, this is the absolute worst McDonald's! Due to how insanely lazy the workers are!! They need to do a much better job hiring!! About 30% of the time my order is correct, and about 80% of the time the fries are under cooked and stale at the same time, and the burger buns are so stale that they're hard!... This place needs to have all new workers or MUCH better management and oversight!!

This place does not care whatsoever. Ask for my order to be made fresh I don’t mind waiting. No line , and no one in line behind me. Food they brought out was Old and had been sitting for a while… fries were extremely cold, patties were crusting over from sitting. Cashier had the worst Attitude. Remade the order and it was still cold ..

Only stopped at this location once so I don't have a lot of input but the lady that waited on me was wonderful. All I ordered was a large drink and she didn't charge me for it. She didn't know what I was going through, on my way to a funeral of a very close loved one so I was a mess. She made my day a little better with her kindness.
