McDonald's Menu Prices at 205 S Colonial Dr ★2.7 (1788)

Waited for 20 minutes for 10 nuggets, cold fries and missed my sauce. I politely asked for ranch and ketchup and they handed me this. I clearly saw the packets behind the counter.

The workers are always rude and have an attitude I waited in the drive through line for about 15 minutes behind 4 cars that drove off from how long it took when it was my turn no one was on the speaker at all I had to go inside. My food was cold and the fries were stale and hard. they had a disgusting aftertaste like they just left fries all day and didn’t make it fresh. This is honestly the worst McDonalds in alabaster the only thing that tasted “good” was my nuggets. This has happened multiple times and they are still the same I hope they get shut down and that the health inspectors see everything.

I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon. The bun was completely burnt up. Not edible at all. I called to speak to a manager. No response at all.This Place is horrible. They act like their doing you a favor by cooking for you. The food is over cooked or under cooked.the staff is rude. Especially if you return something. They should all be fired and start with a new crew. Especially manager and cooks.

I’m being so serious rn do not go here. It doesn’t matter if you’re nice, polite, or not. You will get attitude no matter what. I get that fast food is a lot and pretty stressful but you’re dealing with a restaurant where the employees and manager are the exact same. It will not get fixed unless management changes. If they’re comfortable that way then it is what it is. I’ve worked fast food. I’ve done customer service. I’ve dang near done it all. I get it how food service is. I get how customers are, but dont go here. It’s honestly a headache interacting with people who see nothing wrong with this behavior. Even my manager told me how to be better and after a time I became better. Age, management, and atmosphere all come into play here. Go to another McDonalds.

Jan 6th 2025....female restroom absolutely disgusting it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The floors were very slippery and nasty. Just the smell was nasty. The wall under the dryer is brown and disgusting as well. We received our food and it was barely warm and didn't taste like it should
