McDonald's Menu Prices at Vestavia Hills — 35216 ★3.5 (725)

This is my second time at this location, the first time was to try to get a quarter pounder and was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make it 30 mins before closing.. ended up trying again and get served this… the bottom was hard from being under the warming light. I’m taking care of my aunt in the hospital since the 31st of December and sometimes fast food is the only option.. this was just disappointing.

I actually work at another McDonald’s location. I will never visit this location again. I simply asked for my food to be fresh and working at another location. I know when the food is fresh not only was it not fresh it was tampered with my bun either had mold on it or had been dropped somewhere. Disgusting. I have a suggest you don’t go visit this location. Unless you want your food to Temple with because you asked for it simply to be fresh. Drive-through was not busy. Neither was front counter. I also asked for an ice cream cone only for them to say that the machine was down. I know what the machine looks like when it’s down none of the buttons were glowing red. Just lazy! You can say it’s just food. This is not necessary, but we don’t do it at my location! Also, and it took 10 minutes for fish Maybe more so that’s how I know something was wrong.

I went there on my break thursday the 16th and i get to work and start eating my fries and i notice a literal piece of gun in my fries and then i tried to call multiple times no answer. Highly disappointed it’s actually ridiculous.

Easily one of the better McDonald’s around here when it comes to customer service. Typically some of the most friendly McDonald’s workers that I experience. I also experience a whole lot less issues with my order at this location than the surrounding ones. I will say it’s they are a little chintzy when it comes to filling up the french fry containers, but overall it’s a solid McDonald’s location.

First of all I already reported this location to that link. I'M MAKING SURE I EXPOSE THIS LOCATION FOR THE TRASH 🗑 YOU SOLD ME! SO KEEP YOUR GENERIC RESPONSE!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 McDonald's Complaint I am very disappointed in McDonald's. I don't know what happened to the size of the Filet-O-Fish sandwich. It looks like a little kid's meal; you can eat it in one bite. It looks like a slider, which is very disappointing. The fish filet wasn't even hot or fresh like I would have liked, and I paid all of that money for trash. The fries were also not hot or fresh, and they made me wait a long time before they brought my food out. After waiting that long, I was expecting hot food, but that was not the case. My Sprite also had a weird smell and taste. Furthermore, I did not appreciate how they changed the pricing for drinks. Now, they charge an extra $0.20 if you want Tea or Hi-C, when those drinks were always included with the meal at no extra charge. I felt like my money was wasted. I will definitely not spend my hard-earned money on this garbage. My order should be replaced. Can you please look into this matter?
